No. IRS guidelines prevent tax-deductible program donations from being designated to specific individuals or families. Gifts to the Lend A Hand Up program must go to an indefinite class of people. If you would like to make a gift by check to help a specific individual/family fundraiser, it must be made payable to the individual/family and directed to them or to the bank/credit union where their fund is held.
